Yes, I HAVE BEEN sewing this month but beading a minute bit here and there, too. While I am enjoying sewing and construction pretty purses, I Have affection for to bead. I delight in to peyote sew!!
I have been working on this set off and on. Whenever I perceive the urge to globule. THE NEED TO Pellet!! Necklace, bracelet and earrings… using the vast gold tint links I purchased from Michaels a while back. These are the same emblem links I used in my “iris necklace turned magical power bracelet.” Those links. The ones that zig-zagged all over my box. Well, my brain came up with a disjunction. It just popped into my head-piece one night. Which was advantageous since I still had lots of links right sitting.
It has been a lot of operate making this jewels set. Each section, a doubled sided connective, takes one sixty minutes. I timed it. One side of the connective takes 20 minutes and then another 10 minutes to shut up and sew the beads around the bond. Only reason it takes that drawn out to close it up is because I have 12″ of filament at the beginning (from the starter rows) and filament at the end (from the end rows). In pairs the work.
I have worn out approximately 24 hours beading what you see in the photo. And I configuration it will take a few more hours to complete up the bracelet. It of necessity one more complete vinculum. And then the earrings. I have one complete but do not like how the fishhook hangs so I am going to redo the suspension piece.
Anyhoo, you are to all appearance wondering why I have been laboring so much with these particular rosary, Seed Pellet #8, Rainbow Dark Tin from Fire Mountain Gems and Rosary. Three reasons. #1.
