I found this support over at Craft Depository including some very engaging and awesome ideas for walk of life card displays. I knew I had to have something on palm and fingers that I could craft one out of - and then I musing about the bag of wine corks that I've had for a couple of years.

Basically, it's equitable 6 wine corks. You glue four together, side by side to create the back piece. For the front quiescence piece, cut three circular discs, about 1/4 twelfth part of a foot in thickness and gelatine to the bottom of the back piece, in a row. Cut the rest of that cork in moiety lengthwise and gelatine the flat part to the cutting side of the discs, about halfway down the horizontal area. For the under bit that keeps the proprietor tilted, cut the remaining epiphloeum lengthwise in moiety and glue one moiety - curved side up to the bottom of the proprietor. Glue it under the three discs that clinch the cards so that it tilts a tiny backwards. You will have to caper with it to get the correct opening. As you glue each division, go back in and fill in gaps so that when the gelatine dries, the possessor will be sturdy.

That's basically it. Now you have a cute or cork-tree business card possessor that you can tack things onto, or reasonable use plain. Pictures are below. Oh, and I used Lively Hold Cleverness Adhesive for the gelatine, but E6000 or any easily bent cement/gelatine that dries quick will probably do.
