I in conclusion did it, got the nerve to tear asunder open the Sincerely Swank soldering kit! After fabrication that Serenity Now card I knew I needed that in my regular hexahedron at work. This was the finished excuse to use the soldering kit.
The bit measures 2" x 3". I used stamps by My Beloved Things and layered the cut out statue on some funky Basic Hoary cardstock. I be assured of now I should take a class on this. Yes I was clever to do it but it was tricky and in the shut up up you can see how uneven my solder job was. BUT I meditate I did a pretty serviceable job for my first shot. The skip over ring was positively tricky, but I got it in after about three tries.
I cognate that the kit has everything you need but long it also included a glass cutter. From what I saw at imprint this is where they are making the specie on purchases after the kit. I think of to learn how to cut my own glass so I'm not limited to the sizes that are sold. It's also about $4.50 per set so I reflect I can do it much cheaper if I create my own. The cord longitudinal dimensions on the solding iron makes this a diminutive hard to operate with. It's about 6" shorter than my SU embossing gun. The embosser fits from the egress to my desk vast but this is a dangerous strain. I'll have to get a power tear off in there before using it again.
I can't delay to make Christmas ornaments and all kinds of goodies with this. I'm so pleased I bought the kit. Now I equitable need to get myself into a rank!
