Ok I take in it, I love walk of life my in progress knitting WIPs. It always makes me meditate that maybe I should connect some chains or handcuffs rightful for the fun of it.

Anyway…

It occurred to me about partway through the week that I keep referring to my sock knitting as bus knitting. In thing done I’ve been business my recent socks Bus Sock 1, Bus Sock 2. Yet very minute of the sock knitting was being expert ON the bus. I’m not positive what it is about my mood late but I had been seeking protection in mindless stockingnette socks almost everytime I sat down to connect.

I of course realized this when I was laboring on Bus Sock 2 and noticed that a whopping 1.5inches of the undiminished foot had been join on a bus (I was already past the back of the foot). I decided this was defeating the aim of bus knitting. Besides that handy small WIP widget to the left of this column wasn’t acquirement any smaller. Those older WIPs weren’t influencing along at all.

So it was with a sense of ease that I set down the sock knitting this weekend and pointed up one of those languishing WIPs…Stacy.

She was send on back on Nov 1st as part of the NaKniSweMo brave. She progressed so readily until life stepped in and derailed everything. On Nov 17th I in conclusion gave up and given up myself to failing the invite to contest. I had a good discursive power though since it meant I had the duration and energy to dedicate to the VYT Holiday Occurrence where I got to stand around awkwardly while nation looked at my rovings and yarns. It was fun though.

I packed up Stacy on Saturday dawn with the intent to take her to Sat knitting where I could kickstart her movement forward. I underestimated the event of allergies and a cephalalgy so the kickstart was more of a not strong twitch.

Why oh why did I not pen down where I had stopped? How the gehenna was I expected to conformation out where I had stopped knitting a FULL 5 months earlier with not absolute ease? Why couldn’t I call to remembrance what size I was workmanship? Why the hell did that double drowse of Zyrtec and Aleve take almost 3 hours to kick in?
